Item ordered, billed but no trace for the goods

Hi, My name is Bongani Hlungwane. I order a T-shirt on the 12th September online and my credit card was billed on the 12th October but my worry is there's no trace for my T-shirt. The cost of the T-shirt is USD 79.00 including transport costs. I have tried my channels to lodge a complain but I am unsuccessful and now need someone who can look at this and help me, It almost 3 months and my order is not received while when I ordered it was only 2-4 working days.
