No hot water!

I needed to wash some clothes in hot water. I understand that a public laundromat won't have water as hot as in one's home but here there was only COLD water.

After my wash was underway (ie money spent!) I noticed this fact and brought the issue up to the employee / manager who was present on the premises.

She as rude, dismissive and unconcerned.

Of course I can refuse to return to this shady and dishonest business again. However what a our the other members of the public who will be duped like me? Isn't there a local regulatory agency to monitor deceitful business practices like this?

I know it sounds petty but hit water in a public laundermat is a public health issue!
