Great Value Sweet & Hot Beef Jerky - Great Value Sweet & Hot Beef Jerky Jumbo Bag

I have been buying this Jerky for months now and I just bought 2 Jumbo Bags and they were the worst. They were so dry that I couldn't really chew it. I don't have my receipt to return them. I have also bought the Pepper Jerky and that was fine. Not sure that I should try and buy any more. I saw on the bag that you can complain on line.
