Ripoff Governor Texas Is converting all free access roads to Toll roads in

Rick Perry (gov Texas) unleashed a ridiculously repressive toll road plan, and then rewarded Texas Regional Mobility Authorities to vote FOR it. It converts all main existing prepaid roads to toll roads. The excuse from the governor is that hybrids and fuel efficient cars are lowering the gas tax revenue. If that were the case, the normal action would be to raise the gas tax. But now they will be able to suck an estimated $1500 more a year from every commuter forever. Law enforcement and special interests will be able to track everwhere you go by using the electronic toll tags. Observe the map from the CTRMA website. They are also considering Tolling road 1 (Mopac), and IH35, which is not yet highlighted on the map.
