Microsoft
Outrage - Microsoft Surface

Miscellaneous

I had gotten the Surface RT and thought it was great. I wanted to get apps on it, so I bought a Microsoft $15 card and I redeemed it on my Xbox account, since that's the only place I thought it could be redeemed, only to find that I couldn't pay for games with the money I had put on my account. Every time I tried to get something, it would say I needed a payment method and I needed a credit card. Then, I put in my credit card information, thinking that it might just need it and it wont effect anything with the purchase, however, it charged the credit card instead of the money I had on the account, and now I cant return the card because its already been redeemed. You had made me waist $15 on the now useless card, and over $5 on an app I could have gotten with the card. Now I cant even find a way to use the money because the only thing I feel I would use on here is apps and games, other then the internet, and now I cant even get the one I want. I cant even get Xbox games on here with the money. This has ruined my experience, my holiday, and wasted my time and money. I will not recommend this product. The surface would be much better if this app and games buying process could be better.
