Urlap curtains returned... Large fee charged - cream burlap curtains

When I viewed the curtains in catalog, they were a cream color. When I received them, they were yellow. After I returned them, and talked with customer service about the large return fee, they were RUDE and said that "in small print" it reads that customer must pay all shipping & handling plus an $8.95 return fee. Ballard is out NOTHING and they are the ones who misrepresented their product. I am out $43.25
