Want refund on mattress

I purchased a mattress at Ashley Furniture for 1400.00, But, Before buying it, I asked the salesperson if I could return it and she said Yes. After a month, there was a dip in the mattress where I slept. Called Customer Service and told them, she got me in touch with a tech who would come over to measure the dept of the dip. Once he arrived, He informed the dip has to be at least 1- 1 1/2 " before they would take it back or even discuss it. I have called Customer Service several more times at least 2 and the tech has come back, the last time he measured around Sept. The dip measuring 7/8". I am having come by this weekend to see where it is. I have a very bad back and this has caused me many many sleepless night, waking up in pain. I want a refund of the money I have given them. Don't want to do business with them ever again.
