Cables left draped across ground and grass

Technician replaced old cable with new cable wires running from the side of the house to the back and to the electrical cable box several yards away without burying them. Have contacted the company 3 times citing saftey issue. I was told they would bury them yesterday. I cleared my schedule but they never showed up. The mowers are due and they may not see them.in addition I have learned that while I was gone for two months they deactivated my service without me requesting vaction hold and they continued to charge me the full price of the service. They have failed to show up for two scheduled appointments and I cannot be given the name or phone number of any supervisors or managers to speak with.
