Immigration service scam

I did a search on line on fee for green card application, this e-mail address appeared. They were citing $159.00, misleading me. I charged it to my credit card. I checked if they had complaints against them and there were several, for charging people for forms not accepted by Dept. Of Immigration and can be obtained free of charge from them. While talking to them, I was told that they are a private service, not even attorneys, therefore, not allowed to receive private information and file for an individue. I asked for a refund of $159.00 but I am afraid not to be reimbursed since many defrauded persons were not upon request. Can you please intercede?
