I am US Citizen and my sister and her husband are Immigrant from India 10 years. Theirs green card will expire with in few months and I was helping them to renew theirs cards. I searched online for to get immigration forms which all are free of charge but above company has build their web site with trick that pop up on screen when you search for Immigration site. I chose form 190 to renew green card and started filling in, then a message pop up to pay green card renew fees which was asked $149.00 and paid with my visa and 2nd time Paid for my sister total $298.00. I completed then and other window pop up for fee $450.00 and again $450.00. But I was shocked that its lots of money, how these poor people can pay. I called Immigration and a lady told me that it was not all INS green cards fees. She exactly said, "You got robbed from crook agent who use Immigration department name and they charge you almost $300.00 and it was not they have done it first time. They use Immigration department name and most of people get nervous or afraid to loose their Immigrant status and do not complaint and they always get away. But you can call them and take them in to court".
Briefs:- I never asked that company to help me to do anything for fill it up my relatives paper, just use form as US Immigration form and they falsely charged from my bank $298.00. I am filling complaint to Immigration Director office, US Congress name to tell how these people use US Immigration name to robs poor immigrant people whom already been suffering all kind bad economy problems. Also, I will file a case in small claim court. I did called to said agency and theirs supervisor lady offered me to return 60% fees because I use Immigration form from their web site even those all forms belong to US govt. Please, let all to gather and make to shut down these crocks offices. Thank you.
