Digital "O" problems on a Mac

Miscellaneous

While I was not (and still am not) thrilled with your decision to stop daily home delivery of The Oregonian, I decided to giv e your digital version a try. It is fairly easy to navigate, but it's hard scrolling all over the page to cover a story, since my monitor, while large, isn't as large as the actual newspaper. My complaint (and it is a HUGE one) is that your format isn't Mac compatible. Whenever I try to print an article, obit, or crossword puzzle on my new iMac, a small window opens and shows me a tiny section of what I want. It says it's "loading" in the upper left corner, but nothing happens. None of the buttons (zoom, print, save, etc.) work at all. The whole screen freezes. The system seems to work OK on a PC, but I don't have a PC and don't intend to get one. Is this a fatal flaw with your program? Will I never be able to print anything from your paper on my iMac? Are you aware of this problem? Are you planning to fix it (or do you even care that Mac users can't utilize your product)? Will I have to decline my new subscription renewal? Please advise.
(Oh, and you might want to change your URL from "mydigitalO". My friends from other parts of the country think it's hilarious that a serious newspaper has URL that sounds like a porn site!)
