On July 20, i went to tyson/h&a tire shop. Located 6053 s. State st. The tire that was but on my 2003 Chevrolet Venture Van was the wrong size. H&A tire shop is responsible for the RIGHT FRONT TIRE, came off. I crashed into the city of chicago Light Pole. My van is total out. The owner told me that i didnt come there, that the man the put the tire on does work their.
