Smith Cole
Craigs List Scam

Miscellaneous

I posted a Travel Club for sale on Craigs List and Smith Cole contacted me via email asking if it was still for sale. I responded yes with the price. The following is the email I got back from Cole Smith!

Hello
Thank you for the response. I am okay with the price and the
condition. My mode of payment will be by certified cashier check in US
dollars, because that is the only convenient means for me, i will make
an instant purchase of it and I don't mind adding an extra $100
dollars for you to take the advert down from Criagslist... Concerning
the shipment, my shipper will be at your place for the pick up after
you receive the payment and when it clears. I really wish to be there
to check out the item but i don't have much chance but my shipper will
take care of it... Please let me have the following information so that
the payment can be made to you.

1 = Full name on the check.
2 = Full Physical address to post the check.
3 = City, State and Zip Code.
4 = Home & Cell Phone to contact you.
5 = Last asking price.

Once again, I will like to let you know that, it not you that will be
responsible for shipping of this item... My shipper will come down to
your place for the pick up... As soon as you the have check
clear... Hope you assure me in hand of the item...

Available?

He never asked what travel club i was selling. It has to have a legal name transfer of membership and that can't be done the way he is asking. Also he mentions he accepts the condtion of my item. There isn't a condition on a timeshare.
