Matt Sherman Ripoff! Endless waiting game

I ordered a womans jacket on 01-21-05. Used PayPal, total: $157.85. Waited, waited... Received a mans jacket on 02-14-05.

I returned this jacket on 02-24-05. I have sent numerous emails, and phone messages. I have only gotten vague emails in return. Today I received an email asking for my full name and order so they can investigate my problem.

I'm so glad to have found this web. Site it's been so helpful! I'm filling my complaints next.
