Taking advantage of women, adding additional unnecessary diagnostic charges, overpriced parts!

We take a 97 grand am to the greensburg ntb, tell them we know for site a/c compressor needs replacing, after an astronomical fee, plus a$90 diagnostic fee. Within three days the a/c locks up. Employees are very friendly and tell us its under warranty. Great, but there's one problem. We have to travel a state over to have it repaired. Go to Alabama, Madison ntb, ask them to repair power steering pump hose, price online $38, ntb price $134! Add on another unnesessary fee, bottom line. Hose replacement service cost $400 Absolutely rediculous!!! #
