Custom ordered a jacket with continuous discussion going back and forth right up until he got the money in regards to customizing it, then never received it. Sent multiple emails trying to check status after not hearing anything further, heard back once on July 23rd and was advised "I actually just completed the order a coupe days ago and will ship by early next week. I wanted to get a few more orders complete before I made the trip to the post." Never received it, and never received any response to further follow-ups.
