Waiting of photo for more then month, received in huge format, barely retouched!

Hi there! I just want to share my horrible experience with photographer Bruce Amoroso!
I set up appointment and he ask me for prepay his services, cause he coming from Tampa he would need at list 130$for gas! So I did! It was already red flag, but I did ignored! I came to hotel where we should shoot and he let me wait another 30min in the lobby!!! He invite me to his room where he was staying with his buddy! Room was unprepared and Bruce was looking like he just wake up from the long night party!!! Oh, but I am already there and we became to shoot! He was more engaged in his self phone then his work! Another red flag!
After all, he promised me to finish my images week after, but i was begging him for more then month and received images oversize that I can't even open it! I asked him to resize and send me my photos in the format I ordered but he never did!!! He send me insulting txts saying I am rude and he did all what he could! But My images still unfinished even I paid 400$!!! Stay away from this scam bag!!! Never prepay any photographer! Bruce Amoroso is scam and surviving only on promises and taking money from people!!! I found pages of complains about him in Internet!!! My bad is to late!!!
