Not sure if your company has been able to go through your reviews and customer service. They truly suck. We have been lied to, made a promise and your staff did not keep. We was also told and with held information. We feel I to default with our payment, car was repo and talked to Irene to get our car back. She told us we made a certain payment and our car would be released. Payment was made but car remains in the yard. Plus we have been asking to get our personal belonging out of the car and there where a outs was not realsed to us. She told we couldn't have that information with out payment. When I did send payment and was told I can't have my car I once again asked for my items. She told me do I want the information, I said yes and that she has to give that information she theme tells me she doesn't have to give me that information and hung up. So not only have been lied but my belonging that your company has no rights to is being held from us. It is know the weekend and most like I have a fee to get my belongings out because your staff is withholding information she has no right to. That is illegal and the company has no rights to that. I'm needing and wanting to speak with the owner or CEO of the company. This is not right and needs to stop and be reported and how the employees or treating the customers..
