Paid for a three year subscription for an unlimited account which i am currently only using 840 GB worth of space. I am now being FORCED to upgrade to a business account because they claim my account is being used out the boundaries of a normal user. And that a business account suits my backup needs better, although there might be a small increase in plan cost. If I do not upgrade all my files will be deleted, and kindly closing the email with "To reiterate, there is nothing we can now do to prevent the actions taking place." And conveniently do not take phone calls.
