I ordered a rug from Achica and they promised a delivery 6-8 weeks later from the date of order. The rug arrived and I didn't think the colour was quite right, so I arranged for them to collect it and refund me. They collected it the following day but to this day I am waiting for my refund! Despite sending them emails they have not been able to track the collection or even make any noises about my refund. What a scam!
