I bought a bed from them. I paid $233.50 including tax and delivery. Sounds good right? % months after I bought it, it was impossible to sleep on because the coils were poking me in the back and the frame broke. When I called in Aug. I was told it would cost $65.00 to bring me another one, (I only paid $40 to have it delivered) I have no private transportation.
The next time I called to set it up for $40, I was told it would now be $130!! There is a 5 year warranty on the bed. When I called another store and spoke to the guy who sold it to me, he said he would take care of it. After 2 weeks of playing phone tag and being told customer service would take care of it and never hearing from them, I gave up
