911 no help

I m in San Diego, CA. Dont know where to complain. Please forward to the right office. I called 911 at 5 pm September 8 because I felt threat. Someone invated my home at 4341 xx street. The man voice in 911 told me to call 619-531. After wait 15 minutes. Someone pickup the phone, San Diego police how can I help you." The lady voice said. I gave her my address... Got hung up. No help from Police what so ever. I am now dead, and write to you from Hel. Thank you very much 911.
