I called for a refund and the customer service agent was very nasty and disrepectful and rude! There is no other number other than the 1888 number on the website. They wanted to know my name before giving a name or number to someone higher than the people i spoke to in that they received my name the call was disconnected several times by different agents once they knew who it was in tring to research the information provided by the site i led was to only a p. O box.
