I received a phone call with no reference information. The first agent seem to know what the call was reguarding but then stopped talking and blind transfered me to another lady who was very rude and disconnected from the questions i was asking. Then i got blind transfered again to a manager Mr. Louise vasques, who was providing me all this information on myself such as the last 4 of my social security number and then wanted the first five numbers but could not provide to me the nature of the call. That sounds like phishing/scam. I have recieved no mail from your company and if you are able to get such personal information then my current address should be no issue to obtain. Your phone agents and managers make this sound like a scam and your company should handle your agents better if infact they are your agents.
