In june I made reservations for rooming that sleeps 24 with a kitchen, recreation area, and pool acceses and conditioning included. I also paid for Four Separate full accommodation rooms. Everything was paid in full prior to check in date accept "Cleaning Expenses" which we were told Had to be a separate Money Order Only! The terms were if we keep the area just as well as we checked in, we get our money back! We came with a Bkank " issued to" money order. Mr. Chesty tells my coach write the money order to "Myrtle Beach Tours"? So. Why wasn't that included in the Original Fees? He said this chevk goes directly to the Cleaning company, after they inspect the rooms they decide if it needs cleaning or any damages. Now he tells her (for 1st time return in 30 days). 50 Days later were still have Not received Any of our deposit! NOTHING BUT UNRESOLVED PHONE CALLS. We want our money plus interest..
