Ripoff

We stayed at the Beach Front Days Inn in Myrtle Beach, S.C... I told them after making the reservations to contact us up to 48 hours if there was any problems with the way things were to be handled.

We were very concerned about the way they did handle things.

First, a storm had damaged the motel. (no fault of theirs) but... They didn't call us and tell us that there were no rooms on the first floor.

My husband and brother-in-law are handicapped. One suffered a broken hip but wanted to be with the rest of the family there at the beach.

My husband had open heart surgery but was fine with the exception of having to climb three flights of stairs!!! We were supposed to be on the first floor and then, that still would have been ok except, the elevators weren't working.

So climbing stairs was what we did. Needless to say that most of our visit to the beach was spent inside the motel because of no handicap access.

WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK or WE WANT 3 DAYS FREE. Something else, my sister-in-law had written and they sent her the money... That is really something considering we paid the motel expenses!!! GEE THANKS!!!
