ATM Machine & poor customer servcie

My daughter just moved to Texas from Missouri and can't change her bank account until some auto debits go through so she was using their ATM machine to get $200 out of her account. (He disability check had just gone in there so we know the money was there) The machine did not give her the money. Receipt says she requested it but no funds were dispersed. Checked her bank account when we got home and they DID take it out of her account at the other bank back home. Called them and they refused to do anything about it. Said their ATM funds balanced... That she would have to file a claim with her bank. She did that, but it will take about 10 days to process. Called FCB corporate office and they still wouldn't do anything about it. Also, my daughter had a $39 check that was a refund from a utility back home. Since I had to pay her rent when she didn't get that $200, she wanted to at least give me that check to replace that much money in my account. Even though she was right there with me, they wouldn't let her do that. Said they couldn't put it in my account since it was made out to her. Changing banks on Monday. SOOOO unhappy with them right now. Location was Hereford, Texas... Their bank located in Walmart but corporate office wouldn't do anything either.
