I was sent a watch from Omax Watches, only had to pay for shipping and handling. So, when I recieved it I went on the site to call the company because I had several questions about the size of the watch. I didn't want to email (too impersonal). So I called the number on the website. I was not able to reach anyone kept getting a voice mail from one female voice. Roughly two weeks past and all of a sudden $95 was taken from my checking account. Not only did I not know that this amount was going to be taken but I was not able to pay all my bills that particular month. I then attempted to contact the company based on the info that was on my bank statement. I spoke with a third party company and all they could do for me is cancel any further transactions. I was given an email address to discuss my dissatisfaction and refund, I was responded to in a timely manner but was shocked to find out that the company did not want the watch back and told me that I was not eligible for a refund base on there stipulations. I feel like this scamming company is getting away with murder and every time someone finds out that $95 has been taken from there account that's quite a bit for one individual to be profiting from over a course of time. I want my refund! It's not fear someone can profit off individuals like this!
