Charged me for a watch that i didn't order

After I sent the Volvado FS company an email asking for a refund, I received a response from them stating the following:
As per company policy, we cannot accept any returns. At this time we'd like to extend you a courtesy refund of $25.00 and still let you keep the watch. Upon receipt of acceptance we will process the refund. Joyce Bower Volvado Billing Department. After further investigation I found out the the watches aren't worth more than $30.00 and they refused to send me a refund in the amount of $150.98. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. They advertise their watches as being available just for the shipping price of $5.99. No where on the main page does it tell you that you will be billed the "retail value" of the watch of $95 and then enrolled in a "watch club" where you will be charged an additional $49.99 each month for a new watch. They do explain this in their terms and conditions, but there is nothing on the order form or front page that even hints that you're about to sign up for recurring fees. This kind of deception is illegal and they are required by law to include that information up front and not hidden inside terms and conditions on a separate page.

I am so disappointed and feel that as a Senior Citizen that I have been ripped off.
