Miscellaneous

I responded to an advertisement in Aliexpress.com for a DEWALT DW745 Table Saw for USD180/set for 1 lot of 40 sets at USD7,200 but I asked to be allowed to buy only 1 set.

2 days later i.E. Aug 22, I received an email attached with a Pro Forma Invoice (PI) belonging to Guangzhou New Resources Co., Ltd. Quoting me the price of the machine at USD180 and USD20 shipping to Singapore. I found the price was cheap and asked to be paid by Paypal or Aliexpress.com. The seller replied by asking for my understanding its only 1 set and it will be fast processing my order and insisted only Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

Aug 27, a TT was sent and confirmed the fund was also transferred to the seller's account on the sameday. Repeated reminders were sent about my machine but each time, the seller keep asking for proof of the fund transfer

Sep 1, I attached copies of all previously already sent documents (PI, my banker's TT application and transaction advice "confrmed" slips) to the seller's email for the last time.
Thereafter, I receive no email from him anymore despite my repeated pleas for him to acknowledge and send me the machine which I urgently needed to help expedite my worksite jobs which are falling behind schedule.

It is now Sep 5 and I still hear nothing from the seller. I ask the company mentioned above honour its commitment and send me the machine as soon as possible.
