Refused to refund 6-month premium membership fee when, after an hour or so, I complained that All the messages were from scammers. The company operates like a scammer, and has unfair and unethical terms and conditions.

The company delayed responding until after my money had been deposited in their bank, they provided, firstly partial information then conflicting instructions, then marked my email address as 'spam', accused me of lying, and finally refused to respond to any of my messages.

Google Biz Kit Ordered a $2 e-book online and they hide the terms and conditions and then charged me for $69 for something I did not want nor did I realize I was agreeing to any terms. Then no refund! Scammers!
