Refused to refund money for an item returned, refused to respond to phone and email messages

I made a purchase from this company on 11/26/07. They sent me the wrong item which I promptly returned using instructions provided by the birdshed.com. I have a reciept where the recieving department at the birdshed.com signed for the returned item on 12/3/07. They have not refunded my money. I have called and left numerous phone messages and have not had a single phone call returned. I have sent several e-mails and there has been no reply. Their web site clearly states that they have a money back guarantee and they refuse to honor their promises or even speak to me about their rip off.
