I went to fill my inhaler late yesterday something I never do. Walgreen's said they were unable to find my script or Doctor in my profile and sent me on my way, After telling them i couldn't go with out this medicine I've been on it since a child, they then told me to go to ER. Well this upset me, and I went to CVS. There I met a young lady named Alexandria. I told her what happen and she ran a search on me. Then running a advance search on me she found my doctor and profile! She faxed him IMMEDIATELY! I came home and called him telling him what was going on. He had me call her and requested she was to send fax to his home. Needless to say I went back and picked up my inhaler. Her store number is 1318 and she was gone so I thank her Pharmacist, I wanted to do something special for her. I wanted to say Thank You for doing her job and more for caring about me as a customer! Thank You Again Alexandria, I hope your job opens wonderful doors to a bright and wonderful future that lies ahead of you...
