Legal Zoom getting a business license

Legal Zoom, specifically John Kirsch, was more than happy to sell me the services but didn't follow through. I went to them to get a business license and after I paid them they seemed to disappear. I would recommend to never do business with them. They will take your money but they will not deliver what they say.
