I received a call from an Unknown number on my Cell phone instructing me to call 1-888-394-9508, but wouldn't tell me what it was inregard to, but to give this case# 24913. I thought this is kind of sketchy, but i call anyway. I spoke to a Mr. Jonathan Harper who preceeded to tell me that they (CF Group and Ass) is going to place a judgement on me if I don't pay $3145.00 by this coming Monday, 09-01. He also stated that if i pay 545.00 by Friday, this will put a hold on the judgement until the remainder of the balance is payed off. As far as my Credit Reoprt shows I don't owe anybody any moneys, and to me, i fell very threatened by Harpers tone of voice and now i feel i should be sueing them.
