I made reservations through them (only because their name came up first in line - looking like it was the Hilton Inn). We were needing to go to a family member's funeral.
I realized that it wasn't the Hotel's website when I went to reserve a second room a few hours later. The Hilton Inn site offered me discounts for AARP, AAA and Military reasons. So I proceeded to make reservations for 2 rooms directly and then went and cancelled the original one with hotelsone.
They charged me half the one night rate as a penalty for doing so, literally within hours!
The policy is stated at the end of 2 pages in MINUTE print. Neither the Hilton nor other booking agencies have done this to me before!
