I believe this company or website is a scam. First of all, the company address and "about us" on the website make you believe it is a company based in Cananda. However, I believe it is operated by Chinese in China and only have couple Chinese answering customer service phone in Canada or US. I received my order, but shipped from China, which shocked me because if I could ge any clue from the website that it is from China, I will not buy it. Sending back to
China for exchange or return would be too costly. The paypal payment is also made to a Chinese name. I noticed from their facebook page, some one typed very nice comments on the order she received, but saying that " I can't review on the website so I put my review here on facebook", telling me that all those 5 star reviews on their website are fake. I wrote comments on their facebook page about my experience and they were deleted within minutes. Be aware and Stay away, you will never get your money back. Oh, by the way, I did receive my order, like other said on facebook, I spent almost 200 dollars and get a $1 mop. I just throw it away immediately to the trash can because it cost me about $50 to send it back China and after all these, Will I believe they will refund me? No way, I learned the lesson. I am sorry they just didn't do any good to the reputation of Chinese people, feel sad for all those honest hard working Chinese.
