I thought I was buying authentic Coach bags, 4/30, but when the package and label was all in Chinese, I knew I was in trouble. Tried contacting the business and they didn't respond. Then noticed the website magically changed to www.coachoutlet-usaonline.com.

Had the label translated by my daughter's Chinese teacher and mailed it back to China. Now know that my credit card company wants a tracking number to authenticate the company received it back.

Have opened a dispute with my credit card company.
