Started internet service on 08/24 & it was fast and good. I added a router & it was great. An unexpected visit from a Supervisor changed my service. He went to the box at the side of my house and now my internet service is slow & horrible. Not what I agreed to when I get billed each month. I agreed to full amount of internet service that I signed up for. The company told me that they knew about my router & that's why its now slow. But thats not true since it worked great until the Blue Ridge Supervisor changed something on the box.
