After a "free trial period" ended I cancelled the account and received an email confirmation that the account was formally closed. Two months later there was a withdrawal rom my account. Upon contacting the company they could not confirm the legal name of the company, at times referring to the name Prometheus, and continually stated they ad no management or other personal with authority on premises to escalate a complaint. I asked for a written notification that my account was cancelled with my bank account access deleted and they refused to say this could be done, they would only commit to noting on my account that I made such a request. I contacted the FL AG office and they found no company under these names registered, therefore no complaints were logged. BEWARE this company, they are hiding their tracks every step of the way. File complaints if this has happened to you.
