Fraudulent iIllegally accessed my bank account after I cancelled service NINE MONTHS LATER ""

I cancelled my account in May; the AOL rep said he was going to give me a free month of "bring your own access" since I had broadband; I declined the offere he refused to take the cancellation;I made sure to call in July and I insisted the cancel; I was offered free access again and I declined; I assumed the matter was closed until nine months later my account was charge by AOL. I called them and they refused to cancel stating I was not the account creator; I told them I was the only adult and the only person who could authorize withdrawals - they still refused so I went to my local police station and they managed to get the account closed but AOL will not give me back my money.
