Placed order #149 on 8/12 for pair of mens shoes which were listed as in-stock on web page. My credit card was charged on 8/14 but have recieved NO merchandise nor any status updates as to shipment. I have sent 3 emails through the companies customer service site but have not received any response. This company has no contact phone number, no chat service available and appears to be totally unconcerned regarding customer service issues. I think I was scammed and will be contacting Chase to have the charges on my card cancelled.
