I had the same experience as everyone else. I payed shipping for a free trial and received 4 products and a bill. When I called I was told I would most likely be charged anyways due to the amount of time it would take to ship my product back. I am very disappointed that companies are able to take advantage of people in this way. What a good lesson and horrible experience at the same time. It is sad to me the amount of time wasted dealing with this!
