Guaranteed job leads, 12 in a year, then gave me 3, with no refund as promised ripoff

Everycontractor.com told me i was the only contractor in my area on thier listing & they would keep me busy, guaranty of 12 leads a year was policy, but in my case i should receive more than 12 a month (10 times thier guaranteed amt.) my profile showing my area as local radius of 40 miles. They sent leads hundreds of miles away from me. Or my profile showing me as a general contractor, they sent a lead to fix a broken window and considered it a valid job lead. When i ask for my guaranteed refund, they only extended my time with them. I plan to pursue this. Any body else?
