Signes up for their program with a three day right of cancellation. Called to cancel and have the charges removed from my cards. Was told the request would need to be sent into corporate. No one there had authority to remove the charges. I told them I was giving them authority due to my three day right of cancellation. They said the only one there who could do it was a guy named Jeremy. He was in a meeting. If they are set up with VISA & Master Card (which they are) this is a simple procedure. The company in my opinion, refused my right to the three day cancellation and is in violation of federal law.
