My Yahoo e-mail account was hacked and I was directed to use Max PC Support to resolve the issue. The initial issue still exists. They performed unauthorized work on my computer on July 25. I have talked to several people (6) to try to resolve the issue. They say I am supposed to receive a refund but no refund has been issued. I have bee told someone will call me back but have received no calls from Max PC Support. I do not have $269.95 to give them. They refuse to let me speak with anyone in "billing" to resolve this issue. I was tricked into giving my credit card information. Because of this I have had to cancel my credit card and change all of my passwords. I keep getting the runaround when I talk to these people. After reading the several complaints on this site, I do not seem to be alone.
