TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Trane Heating and Cooling

I purchased a home 2 years ago. I was one of 8 houses built the same time frame. The heating & air unit that my family and I have are the same as the other 7 homes. I had to replace 2 parts on my unit within 2 years and my other neighbors DID NOT have to replace anything but filters on theirs. I figured I have a FAULTY unit but this company thinks otherwise and gives you the run around and is trying their best not to replace the unit. First, I contacted the people who installed the unit. Then, they tell me to call customer relations. Then, they tell me to call the regional manager. Then, that person told me to call customer relations because there's no record of me talking to customer relations. Like I said it's just a RUN AROUND GAME. Don't buy anything from this company!!!
