Wayne carter order #95875A, after almost two months I got to talk to a real person 10/1. I told her about order missing cookware and a cooktop that didn't work. She said they would send me another cooktop, I ask about missing cookware she said I would have to pay $69.00 more on top of the $139.85 S&H I paid to get the free bonus of another cooktop and cookware the first time. I think you people are cons.
