July 20 - Received email that order has been shipped
Aug 5 - Received sash

The sash I received was made well but not the design they displayed on their website. When I contacted the company, Zoe explained that "Actually, this sash was handmade by our dressmakers rather than off the rack or from the designer. I hope you can understand. It is a little hard for us to make sure that every detail will be the same as the original design. And this sash is more beautiful than the orginal one. The right and the left is not same dut to the design. Our dressmakers think that is more beautiful."
I told her that their practices were deceiving and that if they were producing items that did not match what was displayed on their site, then they should just state that so that customers are not disappointed when they receive something different. Zoe then offered a discount on a future order but I said I would never do business with their company again and so she offered a 7% refund. I declined the refund (it would have been $1.33) and said I didn't want to deal with them anymore.
