Got into an automobile accident that was not my fault. Hit by a speeding motorist after proceeding through a stopsign. He however did not have a stopsign. Was nailed in the passenger side door. Person who hit me was not hurt when asked. But after speaking to a shady lawyer who "happened" to show up at the scene, he is now claiming injury.
